Mr Hoffs Auto Detailing

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for quality of work, convenience, and customer service!!!! Mr. Hoff did a wonderful job detailing my 2025 Toyota RAV4. He was able to fit me into his schedule quickly, and he was a pleasure to work with. The interior of my car was a mess from eating on the go and transporting dirty dogs and humans, and he left it looking like new. I’ve used mobile detailers in the past but never been anywhere near as satisfied with the work. He’s been in business for 40 years and clearly takes a great deal of pride in his work. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been using Mr. Hoff for over 10 years. His work and his character are impeccable. This week I brought him my new truck for him to put a ceramic coating on the paint. I had left my truck accidentally parked under a tree for 2 weeks while I was on vacation. When Mr. Hoff got my truck is was covered in scratches all over the hood and roof of my truck. He called me to tell me he wasn't sure he could get the scratches out, or coat the truck. To my surprise, not only did he get the scratches out, but he was also able to put on the coating! The truck looks awesome, thanks to Mr. Hoff. If Google would allow me to give 6 stars I would do so without hesitation.

I've been a customer for 35 years and needed my car detailed before a trip to FL. I always make the appointment the last week in January and made this appointment about a month ago. Richmond had a snow/sleet storm forecast the weekend before, so I called Mr. Hoff to see if we could change my appointment from Monday to Tuesday just in case. He agreed and said that I was his only customer still on the schedule for the week due to the coming storm. After the storm hit Saturday into Monday, he suggested that we move my appointment to Wednesday as his lot had not yet been plowed. Agreed. As Wednesday approached and the lot was not yet plowed, we moved the appointment to Thursday. The roads were still icy and Mr. Hoff made sure I could safely get out of my car and into my husband's car while the car was being detailed. Afterward, he assured I could safely pick up my newly detailed car. Mr. Hoff is one of the most flexible, competent, personable and caring small business owners that I have every dealt with in the area. He also compassionately takes care of a group of feral cats that live outside his shop. I am most appreciative of his valiant efforts to get my car detailed righ
